Get-Plenty-Sleep

Get lots of sleep. Get as much rest as you can the night before your exam so that you’re as energized as you can be on the day. Don’t revise right up until bed time – it can often do more harm than good. Spend at least an hour winding down before you turn in – listen to music, watch your favourite TV show, go for a walk or chat on the phone with someone who makes you laugh. Also, avoid alcohol or caffeine the night before your exams, as it may stop you from having a good night’s sleep.
